Faith is Not Unthinking and Presumptuous

The godly walk by faith, not by sight. But do not confuse faith with unthinking and presumptuous blind belief. Faith has everything to do with revelation and communication. Presumptuous blind belief is like expecting a taxi to show up at your door without ever contacting the car service company.

Faith in God is all about trusting in His revealed love, evidenced by our obedience to His revealed ways and being completely confident that He will do what He promises. Your trust is only as good as in what, or whom you place it in. There is no one more trustworthy than the Lord who created you, me, the world, and the entire universe!
